Junior Media Buyer – Paid Advertising for DTC eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands. You will develop high‑performing strategies across Meta and Google platforms, driving growth while maximising return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign performance to meet client growth objectives and monitor daily budgets for accounts spending $50,000+ per month.
• Continuously optimise campaigns using performance data and industry best practices.
• Analyse performance data, prepare weekly and monthly reports and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in client meetings, communicating results and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on testing and improving ad creatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and/or Google Ads.
• Experience handling advertising budgets of $50,000 or more per month.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
