Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

The Junior Marketing Manager will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote QUBE Events' conferences and brand. Working remotely, you will help create and schedule digital content, maintain consistent messaging, and contribute to the overall visibility of our events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Create and schedule content for social media, email, and website platforms.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Manage marketing calendars and support the production of promotional materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve attendee engagement and event visibility.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, and digital content creation.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data and produce clear performance reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand consistency.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
