Junior Marketing Executive – Conferences & Events

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Executive to support the planning and promotion of our global conferences and events. This remote position will work closely with internal teams to help drive awareness, attract attendees, and ensure a seamless experience before, during, and after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for upcoming conferences.
• Coordinate digital outreach across email, social media, and web channels.
• Conduct basic market research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
• Compile and analyse data to refine event positioning and messaging.
• Support sales initiatives by providing marketing collateral and tracking campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate event information and contact databases.
• Communicate with partners, sponsors, and attendees to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Previous experience in B2B conference or event marketing.
• Strong market planning and research abilities.
• Clear, professional communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Comfort working remotely in a multicultural environment.
