Junior Marketing Assistant

About the role

Hello Group is looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to support the Hello Pay Brand Manager. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping to execute digital marketing, CRM, event and brand activation initiatives that drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Hello Pay Brand Manager with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support community management and CRM communications to nurture customer relationships.
• Help coordinate events, supplier relationships and day‑to‑day marketing operations.
• Contribute to brand activations and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports for the team.
