About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Support Engineer to join our frontline support team in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The role focuses on PC and application administration, troubleshooting, networking, and delivering technical assistance to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support PCs and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide on‑site technical assistance to clients.
• Perform significant frontline support work, including travel as required.
• Work flexibly, handling tasks when they arise rather than adhering to strict office hours.

Required profile

• IT Diploma or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Solid knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft environments.
• Excellent diagnostic and fault‑finding abilities.
• Own reliable transport.
