Junior Creative Strategist

About the role

We are a close‑knit team of creative and analytical thinkers building performance‑first creative systems for leading global brands. As a Junior Creative Strategist you will learn the fundamentals of performance creative, turning data and insights into high‑impact paid‑social concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Creative Strategists in developing concepts for paid‑social campaigns.
• Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends and platform best practices.
• Write hooks, scripts and creative briefs under senior guidance.
• Organise and maintain briefs, references and concept boards for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with designers, editors and media buyers throughout the creative process.
• Interpret creative performance data and apply learnings to future ideas.
• Participate in internal brainstorms, concept reviews and client presentations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an agency or in‑house creative environment.
• Strong writing ability with a focus on short‑form, digital‑first content.
• Curiosity about data, testing and what makes ads perform.
• Interest in consumer psychology, social media and performance marketing.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions and continuously improve.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills across multiple projects.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta (Facebook) paid‑social platform.
• Experience with TikTok paid‑social platform.
• Use of AI tools for research, ideation or writing.
