Junior Business Process Analyst

About the role

WNS Global Services, a global Business Process Management (BPM) provider with a strong presence in South Africa, is hiring a Junior Business Process Analyst in Centurion. The main purpose of the role is to map and document business processes and to review procedure manuals together with business process owners and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse information from a variety of sources to inform business process mapping and documentation.
• Translate discussions with subject matter experts and stakeholders into process maps and procedures.
• Identify and document opportunities to streamline or improve existing business processes.
• Act as a modelling subject matter expert and point of contact for functional and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts so that the right stakeholders are involved in developing and revising procedure manuals.
• Communicate relevant information to the right recipients following the correct internal processes.
• Provide the Process Lead with reports on assigned work and deliverables, and develop, maintain and distribute business process documentation.

Required profile

• Grade 12.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a business process modelling environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, SharePoint, D3M or similar modelling software.
• Working knowledge of RPA tools and processes is beneficial.
