About the role
WNS, part of Capgemini, is looking for a Deputy Manager - RPA in Centurion. This is a managerial role responsible for mapping, developing and driving automation initiatives across campaigns, including managing direct reports. The position is offered on a part-time basis.
Required profile
- RPA Developer occupational certificate (NQF Level 5)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering is highly beneficial
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures and system design
Required skills
- Programming: C#.NET, Java, Python or VBScript depending on the RPA platform
- Hands-on experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate
- Workflow design, BOT orchestration and exception handling
- SDLC understanding, Git or SVN, testing and debugging
- SQL, Azure, AWS, SAP and Salesforce familiarity
- Process mapping, problem-solving and stakeholder management
