About the role

The Junior Application Support Specialist will join the Service Delivery team within the Helpdesk Strategic Business Unit. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide timely and professional support for mission‑critical supply‑chain applications used by leading organisations, ensuring SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Investigate, prioritize and resolve support tickets while maintaining SLA commitments.
Escalate incidents to senior teams when required.
Provide after‑hours standby support on a rotation basis.
Assist customers with training on application usage.
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, account managers and other support teams.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain detailed documentation.

Required profile

Customer‑experience mindset with strong teamwork capability.
Calm under pressure, high attention to detail and self‑motivated.
Passion for continuous improvement.
Minimum of customer support experience and a basic IT certification or two years of relevant experience.

Required skills

SQL knowledge.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Proficiency in TeamViewer and WinSCP.
General IT systems knowledge.
