IT Managed Services & Vendor Performance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced specialist to lead our IT Managed Services and Vendor Performance function. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external technology partners to ensure service delivery meets contractual and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support requirements analysis and business capability reviews throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to design and refine solution architectures.
• Develop deep expertise in technical solutions to manage MSP and client delivery effectively.
• Implement and maintain processes for evaluating solution requirements and informing product evolution.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and business case development.
• Participate in integrated delivery teams to execute project and program roadmaps linked to managed‑services partnerships.
• Lead project, program, and relationship‑management routines for vendor engagements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technology, IT Service Management, Vendor Management or Managed Services.
• At least 5 years managing strategic technology vendors, suppliers or outsourced service providers.
• 3–5 years operating within a regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at senior management level.
• Experience with contract governance, SLA management, performance monitoring and commercial negotiations.
• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles and operational governance.
