IT Administrator – Microsoft 365 & SaaS Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, hands‑on IT Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft 365 environment and related cloud services. The role combines Microsoft 365 administration, SaaS application management, help‑desk support and general IT operations in a fast‑moving business.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot SharePoint and OneDrive sync issues.
• Manage user onboarding/off‑boarding, permissions, groups, MFA and access control.
• Support SaaS applications, licensing and user permissions.
• Provide remote and onsite support, resolve hardware, software, email, connectivity and M365 tickets.
• Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices.
• Maintain DNS, domain, VPN and general networking configurations.
• Use remote management tools, keep IT documentation and asset records up to date.
• Liaise with third‑party vendors and service providers as needed.

Required profile

• 3+ years in an IT Administrator, IT Support or Systems Administrator role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of SharePoint Online and OneDrive troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting SaaS platforms and managing permissions.
• Solid help‑desk and end‑user support background.
• Knowledge of domains, DNS, networking and cloud identity management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
