ISO 14001 & 45001 Trainer (Environmental & OH&S)

About the role

The ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Trainer will deliver high‑quality environmental and occupational health & safety management system training to clients in line with ISO standards and accreditation requirements. The role combines technical expertise, classroom facilitation, and client support to build competence in ISO management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate accredited and non‑accredited ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 training programmes in classroom, virtual and on‑site settings.
• Prepare training materials, learner guides, assessments and related documentation.
• Conduct learner assessments, moderation activities and maintain accurate records in accordance with accreditation standards.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on ISO management system implementation and compliance.
• Support business development through client engagement and technical expertise.
• Participate in audits, verification activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer or consultant with practical industry background in environmental or occupational health & safety management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and quality management system requirements.
