About the role
Join TheHDA to drive sustainable, people‑centred housing projects as an Investment Specialist. The position focuses on identifying, packaging and securing approval for new investment opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and assess the financial viability of new projects.
- Package projects and develop financial plans for senior‑level approval.
- Prepare documentation and financial models to support project endorsement.
- Collaborate with the Head Office CIO and senior management to obtain approvals.
- Monitor market trends and investment opportunities relevant to housing projects.
Required profile
- Proven experience in investment analysis and project evaluation.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and project financing.
- Experience preparing comprehensive financial reports for decision‑makers.
