Investment Advisor Support Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Prepare investment proposals, mandates and client documentation in collaboration with Investment Specialists.
• Manage workflows, deadlines and service delivery to advisers, assistants and clients.
• Resolve queries, coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain professional communication and uphold the firm’s client‑centric reputation.

Required profile

• Matric qualification with at least 3 years of experience in investment administration, adviser support or client services.
• Strong administrative abilities, excellent written and verbal communication in Afrikaans and English.
• Effective time‑management skills and the capacity to work accurately under pressure.
• Knowledge of investment documentation, compliance processes and stakeholder management is advantageous.
