International B2B Sales Consultant

About the role

Reach Summit, a training provider of summit and turnkey solutions, is expanding its services internationally and is looking for a qualified B2B sales consultant in Pretoria. The consultant sells the products and services used by customers, generates leads, builds relationships and closes deals, and often gives presentations and attends networking events and trade shows.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company's products and services, using customer research and deep knowledge of how the solutions meet international customer needs.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets through sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
• Organize a daily schedule to call on potential customers in identified countries and build relationships.
• Develop and implement a territory action plan based on data analysis, adjusting sales techniques to field results.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, run qualifying sales calls and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
• Conduct product demonstrations and handle objections.
• Prepare reports, proposals, booking packages and other documentation for executive-level presentations.
• Follow a defined selling process with potential buyers, including product and services presentations.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; proven success above sales quota; ability to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
