Internal Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team that supplies electrical instruments, cable management products, cables, and industrial electrical solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing accurate quotations, and supporting technical customers within the electrical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare and issue quotations for electrical instruments, cables and related solutions.
• Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Support technical customers by addressing product specifications and application queries.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification.
• At least 6 years of internal or external sales experience, preferably in the electrical sector.
• Proven experience selling electrical instruments, cables, cable‑management products or industrial electrical components.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
