Internal Auditor

About the role

Communicate Finance is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to support risk‑based audit activities across multiple business units. The role involves evaluating financial, operational, compliance and system controls while travelling to various operational sites as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial, operational, compliance and systems audits.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify process inefficiencies.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support broader risk‑management initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels and travel to different locations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting or Finance; CIA qualification or progress advantageous.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

What we offer

• Annual salary range R 450 000 – R 540 000.
