Intermediate Account Manager – Remote (Midrand)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and client‑focused Intermediate Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in customer relationship management, software solutions, and technology consulting. This role focuses on nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, supporting sales processes, and ensuring successful software implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, develop strong relationships, and support software implementation and onboarding.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, assist in proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Guide clients through adoption of cloud, automation, and software solutions, handling basic escalations and ensuring value maximisation.
• Maintain and update the Bitrix24 CRM system and support operational tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in account management, customer success, or IT sales.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and collaboration skills.
• Existing client network and familiarity with Bitrix24 CRM.
