About the role
Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of multiple interior design projects whilst leading and mentoring assigned staff. They lead consultants and internal resources, develop contract documents, adhere to budgets, facilitate contracts, represent on construction sites and maintain client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior design projects while leading and mentoring staff.
- Lead consultants and internal resources, develop contract documents, adhere to budgets, facilitate contracts, represent on construction sites, and maintain client contact.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate or commercial interior projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- CID or NCIDQ certification.
- Thorough knowledge of building codes.
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents.
