Interior Architect – Design & Technical Documentation

About the role

The Interior Architect will support senior designers and project architects, collaborating with project teams and directors to produce design and technical documentation from concept through completion. The role requires strong knowledge of Revit, Lumion and AutoCAD and the ability to manage one to two projects under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Understand interior design of ARRCC projects and ensure compliance with company systems, standards and procedures.
• Prepare and develop drawings, images, presentations, renders and other project documentation.
• Assist in resolving detailing and technical issues in line with the design agenda.
• Liaise with external design teams, suppliers and service providers as needed.
• Coordinate with 3D artists to produce realistic CGI renders and manage site visits.
• Maintain project administration, including client meeting minutes and contractor correspondence.

Required profile

• National diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with involvement in at least three project stages.
• Proven ability to work independently and within multicultural project teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
