Insights and Analytics Fraud Manager

About the role

The Insights and Analytics Manager will lead the creation and distribution of data‑driven insights to proactively identify, investigate and prevent fraud across the bank. The role combines advanced analytical techniques, fraud‑trend analysis and cross‑functional collaboration to pinpoint weaknesses, design strategic interventions and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytics platforms and fraud‑detection systems to uncover trends, root causes and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with fraud operations, IT, compliance, product and other teams to ensure timely and effective response to fraud alerts.
• Lead projects that enhance fraud rules, update processes and roll out new detection tools.
• Provide regular feedback to operations on false‑positive and missed alerts, and support real‑time alerting and case‑management improvements.
• Drive financial loss mitigation through data‑driven cost‑effective guidelines and reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma in Analytics and Data Extraction or equivalent.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in fraud investigations and analytics within a financial institution.
