Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our creator program across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You will own the full influencer lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking—turning creator partnerships into a reliable growth channel for our fast‑growing DTC clothing brand.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
• Manage end‑to‑end outreach, contracting, and relationship management with creators.
• Write clear, platform‑native creative briefs that translate brand goals into authentic content.
• Run multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (engagement, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and optimize for ROI.
• Identify top‑performing creators and content for repurposing and paid amplification.
• Build a repeatable, scalable system for expanding the creator program month over month.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and paid‑media teams on campaign concepts and launches.

Required profile

• 3+ years of influencer or creator marketing experience, preferably in DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of building influencer programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to run several campaigns in parallel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with U.S. East Coast business hours.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms such as GRIN, CreatorIQ, or Aspire.
• Knowledge of UGC sourcing, whitelisting, and Spark Ads for paid amplification.
• Understanding of creator contracts, usage rights, and rate negotiation.
• Experience using AI tools within marketing workflows.
