Industrial Engineer – Production Processes

About the role

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its engineering team. You will support the transition of commercial‑vehicle designs into efficient production processes, ensuring build feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate engineering designs and data into production‑ready processes.
• Participate in the engineering release process, covering all industrial and process engineering aspects.
• Plan production lines, model processes, and conduct time studies.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise line efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to validate feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or B.Tech degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or process engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production‑line dynamics.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and travel overseas when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with time‑study techniques and production‑line optimisation.
• Proficiency with 3D modelling software (advantageous).
