Implementation Specialist – Wellness Clinics

About the role

NIVA Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the launch of new wellness clinics across the country. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to turn market opportunities into fully operational clinics, from site selection to grand opening.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential markets, analysing demographics, competition, physician density and healthcare demand.
• Evaluate commercial properties, coordinate due‑diligence, and prepare executive summaries and site comparison reports.
• Support executive leadership during acquisitions and commercial negotiations, liaising with attorneys, brokers and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines for approved locations, coordinating contractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee licensing, regulatory activities, procurement of furniture, equipment and technology, and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain project documentation, provide regular status updates to leadership, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Real Estate, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, implementation or commercial coordination.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
