About the role

We are looking for an independent and innovative team player with a passion for service excellence. The incumbent will provide a full HR function to the relevant business unit(s), covering recruitment, performance management, training and development, industrial relations and HR administration/reporting.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
Oversee performance management and talent development initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programmes.
Handle industrial relations matters and employee discipline.
Maintain HR administration, reporting and employee records.

Required profile

Grade 12 with NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management (essential).
Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience at HR Business Partner level.
Proven track record in HR data analytics and line‑manager coaching.
Experience in a hospital or hospitality environment is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, communication, administration and organisational skills.
