Human Resources Generalist

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Generalist to manage the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee departure. You will act as a trusted partner to managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full‑cycle recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and manage new‑hire orientation, onboarding programs, and employee termination procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
- Build strong relationships with managers to support their human‑resource needs and provide guidance on HR matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Human Resources role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
