HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the company's human resources function, ensuring that talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies align with business objectives. This position reports to senior leadership and acts as a key partner in shaping a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Design and deliver training and development initiatives.
• Implement performance management systems and monitor employee performance.
• Handle industrial relations, discipline, grievance procedures, and employment equity compliance.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and general HR administration.
• Support the execution of company strategies and act as backup for the senior HR Manager when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR role covering recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and equity standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and support senior leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR best practices and policies.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience with performance management tools.
