About the role

This fully remote position supports a fast‑paced, international team operating on US business hours. The HR Coordinator will streamline day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring accurate onboarding, documentation, payroll coordination and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee administration, onboarding, off‑boarding and documentation management.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as candidate communication, interview scheduling and hiring follow‑up.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, HR reporting and data management across HR systems.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR processes, compliance standards and organizational procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between employees, leadership and operational teams.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR workflows.
  • Provide operational HR support to leadership, including workforce coordination and administrative enhancements.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in HR operations, administration, payroll or similar functions.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage US time‑zone hours.
  • High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
