ABA Recruiter – Remote (South Africa) – US Hours

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ABA Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapists, BCBAs and support staff. This fully remote position is based in South Africa but works US Eastern Standard Time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for ABA therapists, BCBAs, and support staff.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and keep candidate pipelines up to date.
• Build relationships with universities, training programs and professional networks.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and trends.
• Support onboarding processes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA services.
• Familiarity with ABA roles such as RBTs, BCBAs and BCaBAs.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
