Talent Acquisition Senior

About the role

Join CrossCountry’s Internal Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. You will work closely with service lines such as Accounting Advisory, Business Transformation, Risk, and Private Equity to attract and hire top‑tier accounting and finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of CrossCountry’s culture, pipelines, processes and service lines with guidance from a coach.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Utilise advanced sourcing tools—including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and Google Xray—to identify candidates who embody CrossCountry’s core values.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions and align on talent strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipeline documentation, provide insights, and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in special projects that shape the future of the Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑lifecycle recruiting or sourcing experience in Accounting Advisory, Private Equity or Big 4 environments.
• Proven expertise in modern sourcing techniques and a track record of engaging accounting/finance professionals.
• Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Professionalism, discretion and the capacity to build trust with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
