HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to lead HR initiatives, support onboarding, and drive employee engagement across the organization. The role works closely with management to develop training programs, ensure compliance with legal standards, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze employee trends to increase engagement and retention.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce HR‑related risks.
• Assist management in conflict resolution and set standards for ethics, values, and company culture.
• Onboard new employees, manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven track record of onboarding new employees and handling HR tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
