About the role

The hotel is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to design and execute staffing strategies that support its operational objectives. You will lead talent acquisition, employee wellbeing, and performance management while partnering closely with operational managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end talent acquisition to attract top hospitality talent and ensure a positive employee experience.
• Oversee the hotel’s wellness calendar and deliver regular wellbeing initiatives.
• Roll out and continuously improve the Induction Programme for new hires.
• Coordinate the annual performance management process.
• Provide HR support and development to operational managers.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Degree).
• 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices.
• Experience in workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAGE 300 People (preferred).
