HR Business Partner (2 positions)

About the role

MultiLead Consulting Services is seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to join its Midrand office. The role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives, delivering HR services, and supporting line managers across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Support the creation and execution of operational plans and work‑plans for the HR unit.
• Produce regular reports on work‑plan implementation and audit findings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, liaise with line managers and HR staff on employee‑related issues.
• Identify, champion and deliver HR projects that support the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation, regulatory frameworks and internal policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in recruitment, benefits and payroll.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with organisational objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies and compliance requirements.
• Ability to use HR analytics and data‑driven decision‑making.
