Hospitality Team Member

About the role

Upscale Lakeshore is looking for a Hospitality Team Member to join its on‑site crew that prepares vacation rentals along the lakeshore. You will ensure each property is spotless, well‑stocked, and presented with a luxury feel for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and prepare vacation homes for guest arrivals.
• Stage linens, furniture, and décor according to each home’s specifications.
• Communicate any damage, missing items, or maintenance needs to management.
• Stock guest amenities such as soaps, dish tablets, garbage bags, and basic cooking spices.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and kitchen essentials and report levels.
• Follow damaged‑item and lost‑and‑found procedures.
• Prioritize cleaning tasks to meet guest expectations.
• Handle on‑site laundry and coordinate off‑site laundry when approved.
• Assist with outdoor area cleanliness in coordination with property maintenance.

• Strong organizational skills for linens, kitchen items, and supplies.

Required skills

• Hourly pay ranging from $17 to $21.
