An established luxury wine estate in Stellenbosch is seeking an experienced and professional Head Waiter to join its hospitality team.
Required profile
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience within an upmarket restaurant, hotel or wine estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and guest‑service abilities
- Professional appearance and manner
- South African citizenship
- Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
