Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

GVW Group, LLC is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the enterprise talent strategy across its portfolio of companies. The role combines data, technology, and best‑in‑class hiring practices to consistently attract and hire top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies, building a scalable talent engine.
• Align all talent acquisition functions (employer branding, sourcing, selection) with enterprise and operating‑company priorities.
• Partner with executive leadership, business leaders, and hiring managers to ensure the strategy is fit for purpose.
• Design a long‑term talent acquisition roadmap that meets organizational objectives and the People Promise.
• Establish consistent hiring standards and structured selection processes.
• Drive initiatives that enable operating companies to attract and hire talent effectively in their markets.
• Identify future workforce needs and proactively develop pipelines for critical roles.
• Create company presence within industry networks, professional associations, educational institutions, and trade shows.
