Head Of Product Platform

About the role

Our client is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of Platform (Product) to lead the vision, evolution, and delivery of enterprise platform capabilities that enable digital growth, customer experience excellence, and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise platform strategy aligned to business objectives, develop roadmaps and prioritize investments.
• Own the end‑to‑end platform lifecycle, ensure platforms meet evolving customer and business requirements, and establish success metrics.
• Drive platform adoption and business value, develop business cases, manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, product, engineering and operational teams, lead multidisciplinary Agile teams and foster a culture of innovation.
• Ensure platform governance, security, compliance and risk management, and monitor performance for ongoing optimization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product, digital, platform, technology or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, operations and business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management at executive level and commercial experience in budgeting and business case development.
