About the role

As the Head of People and Culture you will drive the talent strategy, building the framework that enables people to thrive as the company scales. Your mission is to maximise the ROI of human capital, create a world‑class personal growth framework, and turn Pargo into a magnet for top‑tier professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute people strategies that support rapid growth while preserving core values.
• Partner with leadership to optimise team structures, set goals and KPI frameworks, and drive high‑performance accountability.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure the right structure, capacity and capabilities for current and future growth.
• Develop and implement change‑management approaches to support organisational transitions.
• Create competitive remuneration and incentive frameworks aligned with performance and retention goals.
• Design learning and development programmes and personal development plans to upskill the team.
• Champion an inclusive, high‑energy culture and oversee employer branding, recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, payroll, statutory reporting and internal governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HR, People or Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast‑paced scale‑up or tech environment.
• High energy, passionate about human potential and able to inspire teams.
• Data‑driven mindset combined with strong empathy and people‑centric approach.
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves to execute initiatives.
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and rapid scaling.
