Head of Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to build our marketing engine from the ground up. You will work directly with the founder, shaping strategy and execution across paid acquisition, brand building, creative production, and analytics for our AI‑powered sales training platform for the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline.
• Develop organic content, brand messaging, and creative assets.
• Create landing pages, optimize conversion funnels, and manage website messaging.
• Lead product launches, customer case studies, and marketing analytics/attribution.
• Implement AI‑driven content creation workflows to accelerate output.
• Build processes, systems, and eventually a team to scale the function.

Required profile

• Proven experience running paid media campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline.
• Strong copywriting ability and a track record of converting creative concepts into results.
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and growth tactics.
• Highly analytical mindset with obsession for performance metrics.
• Extensive use of AI tools to work faster and produce high‑quality output.
• Thrives in fast‑moving startup environments and takes extreme ownership.
