Head of Finance

About the role

CV (Christian Vision) is seeking a strategic leader to head its global finance function. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Governance, you will ensure robust financial management, compliance, and planning across all regional hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Set vision and performance standards for the worldwide finance team, aligning with organisational strategy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including processing, reconciliations, payroll support and business services.
• Lead internal and external reporting for trustees, board committees and senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage statutory, tax and audit requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting and resource allocation processes.
• Supervise global liquidity, treasury and investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, risk‑management frameworks and global finance policies.
• Own the NetSuite ERP system, driving digital transformation and finance‑system innovation.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing, cross‑functional finance team.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience in a global or multi‑regional environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and treasury management.
• Experience working with boards, trustees and senior governance bodies.
• Ability to design and implement robust financial controls and risk frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
