GTM Engineer – Remote B2B Outbound Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on GTM Engineer to own the operational backbone of our B2B cold‑outbound campaigns. You will work directly with the founder, receive a client assignment and run the entire campaign lifecycle from list building to reporting, without micromanagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and refine lead lists using Apollo, Clay, Claude Code, Floqer and niche scraping sources.
• Set up and manage email and LinkedIn sequences in Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach and similar tools.
• Monitor inbox warm‑up, sender reputation and campaign health, flagging issues early.
• Convert positive replies into booked meetings and provide ongoing client support.
• Produce monthly performance reports for each client.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience running cold outbound campaigns at an agency.
• Hands‑on experience with list‑building tools (Apollo, Clay, Claude Code, Floqer).
• Proficiency in email sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach).
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently across time zones.

• Monthly compensation between $800 and $1,200 USD, based on experience and tool proficiency.
