Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Growth Marketing Specialist to become the right‑hand of the founder, Mostyn Wilson. You will own the growth strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube and the newsletter, turning ambiguous goals into concrete plans and executing them end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the growth strategy for LinkedIn, YouTube and the newsletter, and evaluate expansion to other channels.
• Research successful tactics using YouTube, Claude, ChatGPT and creator communities, then translate findings into actionable steps.
• Scale the newsletter from ~2,500 subscribers by designing lead magnets, testing growth experiments and possibly launching multiple newsletters.
• Build and execute the marketing and sales plan for the upcoming AI platform/course (Atomic Ambition) launching July 2026.
• Improve YouTube performance through discoverability, titles, thumbnails, topic research, link tracking and analytics.
• Create, design and edit content for LinkedIn posts, YouTube videos and the newsletter.

Required profile

• Highly initiative‑driven and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to research, plan and iterate on growth experiments.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a bias toward action.
