Group Lead Culture & People Experience

About the role

The Group Lead Culture & People Experience will shape and drive the people‑first agenda for Coca‑Cola Beverages Africa. Reporting to the Group Head Organisation Effectiveness, this senior leader will be responsible for embedding the company’s values and behaviours across 14 African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a group‑wide culture and employee experience strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Embed organisational values and desired behaviours in all People & Culture processes.
• Lead culture transformation initiatives, including employee listening programmes and wellbeing actions.
• Integrate culture insights into leadership development and performance management to boost engagement and leadership effectiveness.
• Partner with market HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of culture initiatives across all countries.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in large, multi‑country organisations.
• Strong track record of leading culture change and employee experience programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across diverse markets.
• Ability to translate cultural insights into measurable business outcomes.
