Group Lead Culture & People Experience

About the role

The Group Lead Culture & People Experience will join the People & Culture team at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, reporting to the Group Head Organisation Effectiveness. This senior role is responsible for shaping and delivering the culture and employee experience strategy across all African markets, ensuring the company’s values and behaviours are embedded throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the Group Culture Manifesto across 14 African markets, ensuring consistent understanding and adoption.
• Develop and execute annual culture activation plans, including culture labs, leadership workshops and engagement sessions.
• Design and deliver toolkits, resources and playbooks to support market leaders as culture ambassadors.
• Create and run internal communication campaigns that showcase employee success stories and reinforce desired behaviours.
• Integrate culture into recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, recognition, reward and learning & development processes.
• Lead regional employee listening initiatives (engagement, pulse, onboarding and exit surveys), analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading culture transformation or people experience initiatives at a regional or multi‑country level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of translating cultural concepts into practical actions.
