Group Head of Revenue (Pricing) – Lead Dynamic Pricing Strategy

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to own the end‑to‑end revenue and pricing strategy for our fleet business. The role will integrate pricing, demand forecasting and fleet lifecycle decisions to drive sustainable growth across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve dynamic pricing, yield management and demand forecasting models using historical, real‑time and external market data.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and macro‑economic signals and translate insights into proactive pricing and fleet allocation decisions.
• Partner with fleet planning and disposals teams to align acquisition, pricing and disposal strategies, ensuring a unified approach to fleet utilisation.
• Provide real‑time revenue intelligence to sales, operations and other functions, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify emerging mobility trends such as EV adoption, subscription models and corporate travel, and incorporate them into a 12‑36 month revenue roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading revenue or pricing strategy in a high‑growth, asset‑intensive environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build predictive models and interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent strategic thinking and the capacity to anticipate market shifts before they impact the business.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with fleet, sales, operations and finance teams.

Required skills

• Data analysis and modelling (e.g., statistical forecasting, scenario analysis).
• Understanding of pricing, yield management and demand forecasting principles.
• Familiarity with fleet lifecycle management and market intelligence gathering.
