A real estate marketing agency needs a precise, reliable and Figma-savvy Graphic Designer to create its "Blueprint Studio" deliverables. The agency offers full-service digital marketing for the real estate industry, combining architectural renders, custom web development and social media management. The role suits someone who values clean execution and quick turnarounds, with a clear path to creative leadership as the team grows.

Key responsibilities

• Run a steady queue of design tasks: branding assets, social media graphics, print materials and floorplans.
• Adapt and build marketing collateral in Figma according to brand guidelines.
• Handle light web design and presentation work to support client launches.
• Manage revisions quickly and accurately so feedback is implemented with minimal back-and-forth.
• Maintain well-organized file structures and workflows in Figma for smooth team collaboration.
• Communicate daily with leadership to track progress and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showing clean, on-brand work, ideally in a marketing or agency setting.
• Reliable, consistent execution and excellent English communication, able to understand complex briefs and explain design choices.
• Nice to have: brand strategy or real estate experience, proficiency in Portuguese, Slack experience, and web design, motion graphics or video editing skills.
