Graduate Programme in IT, Engineering & Finance for Persons with Disability

About the role

This graduate programme is designed for South African STEM graduates living with a disability who are seeking to launch a career in IT, engineering or finance. Participants will receive structured, interactive training that builds practical workplace skills and introduces them to the energy management and automation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Attend and actively engage in workshops covering business communication, digital literacy, problem‑solving and teamwork.
• Complete project‑based modules on project management and workplace professionalism.
• Develop employability tools such as CV writing, interview preparation and personal branding.
• Gain insight into the energy management and automation industry through case studies and guest sessions.

Required profile

• South African citizen, aged 18‑35.
• Unemployed and available for the full duration of the programme.
• Holder of a diploma or degree in a STEM‑related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, work in a team and contribute to innovation, sustainability and technology.
• Applicants living with a disability are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email.
