About the role
The Public Investment Corporation (PIC) offers a structured Graduate Development Programme for high‑performing South African graduates, providing exposure to asset and investment management functions in Pretoria.
Key responsibilities
- Rotate through various PIC business functions such as corporate finance, procurement, regulatory compliance, and investment risk.
- Participate in mentorship, targeted learning sessions and practical workplace projects.
Required profile
- Completed or pursuing an NQF Level 7 qualification with at least a 60 % overall average.
- Strong interest in financial services, particularly asset and investment management.
