About the role
Manganese Metal Company (MMC) offers a 24‑month Graduate Development Programme for recent graduates across several disciplines. Selected candidates will develop core skills and competencies in a fast‑paced environment while receiving coaching from experienced mentors.
Required profile
- Graduate Environmental Management – BSc/BTech in Environmental Management or Science
- Graduate Supply Chain – BCom/BTech in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Graduate Finance – BCom/BTech in Financial Accounting
- Graduate Export Logistics – BCom/BTech in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Graduate Human Resource – post‑graduate qualification in People Management
- Graduate Computer Science – BSc Computer Science (2 positions)
