Graduate Business Analyst – 12‑Month Programme

About the role

Join Econofoods as a Graduate Business Analyst and support business transformation initiatives within a fast‑growing FMCG retailer. This 12‑month programme offers hands‑on experience in data‑driven decision‑making, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, consolidate and report data for strategic and operational decisions.
• Support demand forecasting, inventory and stock analysis.
• Conduct promotional, pricing and market insight analyses.
• Drive process improvement and document business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide project support.

Required profile

• National Diploma (NQF‑6) or BCom degree (NQF‑7) in Information Technology, ICT, Science or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Graduated and available to start full‑time in August 2026.
• Not enrolled in another study programme (learnership, internship, etc.).
• Age between 20 and 35 years.
• Motivated, hardworking and eager to learn in an FMCG environment.
